Musical Meditation

DEAR ALL, WE HAVE BEEN AWARDED!✨
Dear communities of Wembley, we are extremely pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Awards for All funding to continue our Sound Bath Therapy for about 1 year!🌟🎼✨

Big ups to National Lottery Funds and to all the fantastic feedback received during our 5 weeks pilot sessions that made this possible! 🌟

– We are going to continue our Sound Bath Therapy sessions, every Friday at 4 pm in Wembley Park. –

We know how important is to stop our activities for at least one hour in the weekly routine, to allow ourselves to re-balance, re-energise, take a step back to all that stress that can sometimes overwhelm us.

We will start on the 17th of January 2020. Looking forward to seeing you!

This grant will allow us to continue to gather people of different age and culture in the community and create a space for developing each one own strength and balance.

About the session
In these sessions, the attendees are invited to lay down or sit comfortably, breathe deeply and just relax. Many music instruments will be played (didgeridoo, fujara, native american flute, dan moi, shruti box, guitar, vocals, steel tongue drum, shakers,…) in a smooth and progressive way.
Everyone is invited to relax while staying present and observing feelings and sensations during the sound journey.
The effects that the attendees normally experience are deep body relaxation and an empty and clear mind. Often, the participants forget about the daily stress and troubles. The effects of these sound baths are also beneficial to sleep, digestion, and memory.

With the right music and meditation, we remember how quick and easy can be to connect with our inner power, generating a very healthy habit.

Join your Musical Meditation experience at 5 pm. This is an emotional rebalance and a power boost accompanied by an instrumental journey.

We relax visualizing landscapes like forests and lakes with a guided meditation. We connect to our most empowering inner qualities like strength, gratitude, compassion, trust, and forgiveness.

We breathe and go deeper into relaxation while listening to different musical instruments such as the fujara, the guitar, the native american flute, the didgeridoo, the dan moi, the steel drum, and more.

The effects that the attendees normally experience are deep body relaxation and an empty and clear mind. Often, the participants forget about the daily stress and troubles. The effects of these sound baths are beneficial also to sleep, digestion, and memory.
