Community Music for disadvantaged children

Exciting News: We’ve Received Funding by The National Lottery – Awards For All!

We are thrilled to announce that we have received generous funding from The National Lottery – Awards For All! This funding will enable us to run world music sessions for children with disabilities in the Ilford community and potentially beyond!

These music sessions are proving to be incredibly beneficial for these children, many of whom lack access to extracurricular activities due to financial constraints. The joy, creativity, and engagement these sessions bring are making a significant impact on their lives. By participating in these sessions, the children are not only learning about diverse musical traditions from around the world but are also developing important social and emotional skills.

We are witnessing firsthand the positive changes these sessions bring, as they help foster a sense of community and belonging among the children. This initiative is also providing invaluable support to local communities and foster homes, enhancing the quality of life for our young participants.

A massive thank you to The National Lottery for making this possible. Your support is truly transforming lives and creating brighter futures for children with disabilities in Ilford.
